In carrying out its mission to achieve the vision, Triputra Agro Persada Group (TAPG) holds company values that are engrained in TAPG's DNA, namely Integrity and Ethics, Excellence, Compassion and Humility.

We believe that agricultural business activities that are based on natural resources must be aligned with efforts to protect the environment and improve the quality of life of the people, especially communities living nearby the business concession area. With this belief, the Company has developed a sustainability policy that will guide overall operational activitis of TAPG which consists of nucleus plantations, plasma plantations, palm oil mills (POM) and suppliers - to realize our commitment to sustainable palm oil.

To realize this sustainability commitment, collaboration is the key. Therefore, we collaborate with various stakeholders, including our suppliers, customers, communities, governments, non-governmental organizations, academics and others in order to achieve our commitment. We actively participate in industry and multi-stakeholder forums and work closely with the government to create sustainable impacts across all sectors.
