An Indonesian citizen. He obtained his Bachelor of Management Economics from Trisakti University, Jakarta, Indonesia in 1982 and Master of Business Administration from the University of La Verne, California, United States of America in 1984.

He has been serving as the Company's Head of Nomination and Remuneration since 2020.
He started his career at Adira Group as the Chief Executive Officer (1991–2012), and is currently active at PT Asco Automotive (Holding) as the Chairperson (1991–present), PT Greenland Rajawali Utama (Four Seasons Hotel) as the Chairperson (2012–present), PT Mandiri Utama Finance as the Chief Executive Officer (2012–present), and PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk as the Independent Commissioner (2020–present).

Toddy Mizaabianto Sugoto
An Indonesian citizen. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Massachusetts, United States of America, in 1999.

He has been serving as the Nomination and Remuneration Commitee of the Company since 2020.

He also has been serving as the Commissioner of PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk since 2008. His career began at United Technology Corporation-Pratt and Whitney Eden Nort Haven as the employee (1997). Then, successively he worked at Solectron Massachussetts Corporation (2002) and PT Bank Niaga Tbk as the Foreign Exchange Dealer (2002–2004), then became the Treasury Marketing Dealer (2004). He has worked at JP Morgan Chase as the Foreign Exchange Dealer (2004–2005), then became the Commissioner of PT Pandu Alam Persada (2004–present), PT Tri Nur Cakrawala (2004–present), PT Persada Capital Investama (2005–present), PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (2017–present), in addition to being the President Commissioner of PT Kirana Megatara Tbk (2016–present).

He was a Director at PT Triputra Agro Persada (2005–2008) then became the Commissioner of the Company (2008–2020). His most recent position is the Commissioner of PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk.

An Indonesian citizen. She obtained a Bachelor's of Science-Psychology from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta, Indonesia in 1995.
She has been serving as the Company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee since 2020.
She started her career at PT Astra Honda Motor as Recruitment & Assessment Staff (1994-1999), at PT Sumalindo Lestari Jaya Tbk as Human Resources Development Manager (1999-2004), at PT Triputra Investindo Arya as People & Organization Development Head (2005-2011), at PT Kirana Megatara Group as Human Resources & General Affair – General Manager (2011-2019), with her last position at Triputra Group as the Head of Human Capital Agro Industry (2017-present).
