Sustainability Commitment
PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk (TAPG) continues to apply sustainable principles in each of its business activities to produce sustainable palm oil. This is in line with our commitment to being the best plantation company for the world. Therefore, in order to develop oil palm and rubber plantations that are environmentally friendly and able to improve the lives of many people, we continue to maintain a balance between People, Planet and Prosperity in each of our operational activities.
Based on the Company’s Vision and Mission, Company DNA, Policies and Commitments from the founders and leaders of the company, we make Sustainability Policies and Commitments within the scope of our company.
Our commitment can be seen from several subsidiaries that have received national and international certifications, namely Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) and Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) since 2013. The certifications show that we hold tightly to the principle of sustainability in business activities in order to produce sustainable products according to the needs of the community.
In addition, our Sustainability commitments have also been aligned with the Indonesian government’s agenda in achieving the targets of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) announced by the United Nations in New York in 2015. Currently, TAPG has contributed to 15 of the 17 SDGs. The contributions can be found in the Company’s Sustainability Report 2022 page 11-17.
