Corporate Social Responsibility
As an act of caring for the surrounding community, TAPG commences corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs regularly every year. The Company is committed to contributing to the economic development and improving the quality of life of the communities nearby the Company's concession areas. All programs and activities commenced are expected to provide direct benefits to the communities surrounding the Company's concession areas.

The CSR programs that have been carried out are as follows:
Education
Education is one of the important pillars of village development. Through quality education, the next generation in the village will be well educated and competent. Education kickstarts progress, introduces opportunities, and increases competitiveness for village community to improve their standard of living. The CSR programs carried out include providing honorarium to honorary teachers in the village, providing school pick-up and drop-off facilities, and providing educational assistance to students living nearby the Company's premises. The Company also put in place a CSR program to help improve school infrastructures, such as provision of additional teaching and learning facilities and scholarships.
Health
The Company helped the local community by providing health services, especially for people needing first aid in an emergency. In addition, the Company routinely provides food to improve nutrition for children and the elderly with highly nutritious food.
Culture
In order to maintain and preserve the local culture, the Company helped the local government to conserve local arts. One of the cultural products the Company helped to preserve was the Ronggeng Dance, a local art work of Paser District, East Kalimantan.
In addition to regular mentoring sessions, the Company also provides facilities for various customary activities and fulfills the needs of equipment for the art performances. The support given was in the form of traditional clothes, traditional musical instruments, and other supporting items.
Religion
TAPG always supports religious activities carried out in the areas surrounding the Company. In addition, the Company also helped building houses of worship.
Infrastructure
Infrastructure development is important for rural communities because it positively contributes to the improvement of the village community's quality of life. Activities carried out by the Company so far include road construction and maintenance, in the form of road pavement construction. The Company also built and repaired bridges, provided lighting assistance to village people, and distributed clean water.
