
Quality Management
To ensure that all departments in the Company closely collaborate with each other to improve its process, products, services, and corporate cultures in its efforts to achieve long term success derived from customer satisfaction, the Company has the Quality Management System which comprises a set of rules applied in the Company.

These rules consist of three levels, namely policy that is outlined in the form of Decree, procedures that are outlined in the form of SOPs and Technical Guidelines, and Work Instructions.
​
All regulations enacted in the Company manage business operation in a comprehensive manner, in the operations of oil palm plantations, palm oil mill, and also within the management of other supporting operational functions referring to sustainability principles, including the principles and the criteria of Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) and Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO).

The Company regulations are assembled by a special team who manages and oversees corporate documents in collaboration with an expert team in relevant fields to guarantee that all processes, products, and services of the Company are generated in accordance with the exact operating standard and are aligned with the objectives of the Company. Any renewal of regulations or new regulations concerning quality management are promoted to all parties and organized in an integrated system. All relevant parties may access these changes easily in accordance with enacted regulations.

To guarantee the achievement of quality targets, the Company assigns relevant divisions to monitor and guarantee that every process is well maintained and well executed. The divisions involved are Plantation Controller, Mill Controller, and Sustainability.

To improve the best quality target, the Company makes multiple attempts in research and development managed by the Research and Development Department. In addition, the Company also encourages sustainable improvement efforts by applying improvement activities throughout the entire business lines and employees. To support these activities, the Company organizes a convention attended by all employees from all subsidiary companies.

Improvement activities which are carried out on ongoing bases are expected to result in continuous quality improvement, as well as to build an improvement culture within every employee of the Company.
​
Additionally, to maintain and to boost every employee performance, the Company develops a series of performance plans assembled in three target levels, which are company’s target, department’s target, and individual target. Every progress of target achievement is analyzed on a regular basis as an evaluation to get necessary feedback and to ensure that all attempts are meeting targets set out by the Company.
